Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting highly valued
• Strong ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Effective organizational and time management abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech and language abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct therapy sessions both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate and timely records for compliance and reporting
• Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies for classroom and home support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to interdisciplinary teams
