Senior Product Marketing Manager - Lifecycle & Customer Communications

Caribou Biosciences

Caribou Biosciences seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute lifecycle strategy and customer communications across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting. The role spans product marketing, performance optimization, and cross-functional GTM leadership to drive conversion lift and customer retention.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain communications architecture across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and call scripting
Build segmentation frameworks based on user behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage to drive personalization
Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases with defined success metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journey and measure conversion impact
Establish experimentation framework and governance to test and refine customer communications

Requirements

Proven experience in lifecycle marketing or customer communications strategy
Data-driven mindset with expertise in segmentation, personalization, and experimentation
Cross-functional collaboration skills across product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams
Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product launches or GTM initiatives
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and project management capabilities
