Job Duties

• Respond to customer questions by phone, chat, and email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Document customer interactions clearly
• Enter and update customer records
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Meet established customer-service goals
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to two years of customer-service or call-center experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Accurate data-entry and recordkeeping skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain professional and positive with customers
