Bell Attendant/Shuttle Driver

Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality , is seeking a friendly and organized Bell Attendant/Shuttle Driver to assist our guests. This role requires excellent communication and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. Responsibilities Escort incoming guests to rooms. Assist guests with luggage. Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in order and supplies are adequate. Explain features of rooms such as operation of radio, television, and in‑room movie system. Offer information about available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. Deliver messages and run errands. Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements. Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of the van. Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis. Report all trips to front desk; include length of drive and time spent. Keep record of calls for service. Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks. Set up sample rooms. Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, writing, typing. Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
