Responsibilities You are a teacher, healer, and helper, leading a compassionate team of clinicians. You collaborate with colleagues and refer to specialists as needed to support patient outcomes. You grow and mentor your clinical team while addressing patient needs. You design, implement, and execute rehabilitation programs that restore and enhance patient abilities. You adapt to the needs of your team, patients, and the variety of care settings. You prioritize patients while fostering a supportive environment for your staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology) required; master’s degree preferred. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make independent decisions and problem‑solve appropriately. Knowledge of all state practice acts. Positive interaction with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Effective staff management and motivation skills.
