Interventional Radiology Technologist
IR Tech 4 - 10 hours shift - Monday - Friday 0730-1800 with one Saturday hour shift (0800-1600) in a 13-week period. Weekend call is Friday 1600 through Monday 0730, and this RT would be assigned weekend call 1-2 times in a 13-week assignment. In addition to call, the technologist will be scheduled "backup". As we are a procedural area the work is not always complete at the end of their scheduled shift. The expectation is once a week the agency technologist may be assigned backup. Interventional Radiology performs an array of procedures ranging from central venous catheter placements/replacements, diagnostic angiograms, Y-90 mappings/treatments, Gastrostomy tubes, Perc Nephrostomy tube...
