The job in one example: a client's campaign dips on Tuesday. You spot it Wednesday morning, get the team on the fix, and call the client before they notice. Their first email about it is: thank you.

Paid media experience is a plus, not required. They'll get you Google and Meta certified, and you'll have playbooks. A separate execution team does the hands-on work in the platforms.

What they can't teach is judgment and your ability to build rapport.

The agency serves national fitness and franchise brands, where one client can mean 20 to 300 locations. They're on a tremendous growth path for 2026.

What you'll own

- A book of franchise clients, with full accountability for retention and growth

- Performance judgment: read live dashboards, diagnose, decide the fix, delegate, verify it landed

- 5-8 client meetings a week, plus proactive outreach across the rest of your book

- Expectations and scope: honest conversations that keep accounts healthy for years

Pay

- $70,000-$80,000 base depending on experience, plus ~$8,000 in annual performance incentives

- Growth: account managers have been promoted into strategist roles

- In office Mon, Wed, Fri alongside the AM team, with flexible swaps.
