NextShining is seeking a personable and motivated

Client Service Associate

to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping answer questions, provide information, resolve concerns, and ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop valuable skills in client relations, communication, and business operations. Responsibilities Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and customers Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about services Assist with resolving general client concerns in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Coordinate with internal team members to ensure client needs are addressed Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requests Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience Support daily client service and administrative operations Represent NextShining with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and approachable interpersonal style Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to listen carefully and understand client needs Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, adaptable, and results-oriented Basic computer and administrative skills
