California Enrollment Specialist

Guiding individuals through the participant-directed services enrollment process, the full-time remote California Enrollment Specialist will manage documentation, provide education, and resolve barriers to ensure successful self-direction for clients with disabilities or chronic illnesses. Key responsibilities Coordinate enrollment by supporting individuals and providers in completing necessary documentation and processing requirements Educate participants on program rules, financial management systems, and self-direction best practices Identify and resolve barriers to timely enrollment while collaborating with case management and service coordination entities Required qualifications Related Bachelor's Degree preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute for formal education Minimum of one (1) year of experience serving individuals with disabilities and/or aging adults preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications High aptitude for process assessment and improvement Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
