Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Subacute Unit Golden Rose Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated and compassionate team in the Subacute Unit . We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, training support, and a $600 sign-on bonus after 90 days (Full Time Employees Only, must be in good standing - Attendance and Performance). Pay and Bonuses $23-27 per hour, based on CNA experience $600 sign-on bonus (Full Time Employees Only, must be in good standing - Attendance and Performance) Shift Differentials +$1 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts Available Shifts AM: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

PM: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

NOC: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

*4 on 2 off rotating schedule Full Time Subacute Unit: CNA Responsibilities Work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide physical comfort, emotional support, and social interaction Maintain a safe and respectful environment Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality Observe and report changes in residents' condition Follow infection control and safety protocols Perform rounds per protocol and as needed Complete required documentation and in-service training Perform other duties as assigned Essential Job Functions Respond to call lights promptly Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and hygiene Make beds and change linens Assist with toileting and incontinent care Serve and assist with meals; record intake and output Weigh residents as requested Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion Use proper body mechanics and assistive devices Follow universal precautions and safety rules Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license BLS certification (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Ability to read, write, and speak English Honest, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation U.S. work authorization Experience Worked 1 year as a CNA (Required) Please Bring Proof of passing the state CNA exam or current CNA License Number BLS (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Valid ID (Driver's License, Social Security card, or Passport) Benefits Paid Time Off (vacation and sick pay) Holiday pay Supplemental medical, dental, vision, accidental, and hospitalization plans In-house skills training Competitive pay Job Details Job Type: Full-time Specialty: Geriatric care Facility Type: Nursing home Work Location: On-site Ideal Candidate Traits Dependable and reliable People-oriented Flexible and adaptable Able to work independently Comfortable in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden Rose Care Center
