Program Analyst (SOCOM)

Culmen International is seeking a Program Analyst for USSOCOM support at Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) / Coronado in San Diego, CA. The Program Analyst will provide overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements. USSOCOM requires comprehensive program support encompassing: Strategic planning and resource planning Contract deliverables and administration Quality assurance development and reporting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) review Strategic resource planning support (e.g., POM submissions, spend plans) Budget execution support, including funding document processing and invoice review Technical and application assessment support The Program Analyst is responsible for planning, analyzing and evaluating government contracts Assists with monitoring, measuring and reporting on overall contractual requirements and performance Delivers expertise to facilitate the development of initial assessments, initiative design documents and monitoring of program and activities Actions to assist the government include but are not limited to ensuring contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives and quality of contract are executed Review, manage, and ensure timely submission of all CDRLs and deliverables Will execute and monitor contractual management requirements Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Support program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagements #J-18808-Ljbffr Culmen International
