As an Assistant General Manager, you will be challenged to lead a team that gives every guest a legendary experience. You will be expected to assist the General Manager in leading daily operations and set an example for the team by following the Pizza Ranch Way. At Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all our staff and guests and to create a legendary impact on those you encounter.Key Accountabilities:Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction in the restaurant (and FunZone if applicable)Assist with the training and development of new and existing team membersMaintain high food quality and safety standardsMaintain high operational standardsProvide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the sameBuild Community Engagement by partnering with other organizations and businessesRespond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectivelyDevelop strategies with the General Manager for improving our guests' dining experienceDevelop strategies with the General Manager for minimizing waste and lowering food costsDevelop strategies with the General Manager for driving sales growth and volume in the restaurant and FunZone (where applicable)Ensure that the restaurant follows all Pizza Ranch standards every shiftReports to the General ManagerQualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:High school diploma or GED, College Degree preferred2-3 years of restaurant management experience requiredProven record of management, communication, and organizational skillsEffective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skillsPassion for leading and developing peopleStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situationsProficient in basic computer skillsAbility to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
