As the Client Concierge, you’ll own the client experience from day one, building trust, reducing stress, and keeping clients aligned with their goals. We empower clients to make informed decisions during some of the most personal and stressful times of their lives, keeping their goals and their family’s future front and center. The Role As the Client Concierge, you are the heart of the client experience. You will guide clients from onboarding to case closure, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This is a non‑legal role, but strategically critical—your work directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Who You Are
