Front Desk & Admin Support Specialist

Hampton Manor of Chesapeake Virginia is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and record keeping. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor.
