How You’ll Make an Impact

• Personalized Care: Assist patients with daily personal care routines (bathing, grooming, and dressing) with patience, respect, and empathy.

• Health & Mobility Support: Help patients move safely around their homes, assist with transfers, and manage timely medication reminders.

• Nourishment & Living Space: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe living environment.

• Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate records of care provided and partner effectively with families and the broader healthcare team.

• Local Transportation: Occasionally assist patients with transport to local medical appointments or errands as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on home health care experience.

• Certifications: Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification and CPR certification.

• Core Skills: Strong basic patient care skills, clear communication, and dependable time-management abilities.

Requirements

• A compassionate heart and a dedication to reliable, high-quality care.

• Ability to work independently in a patient's home environment.
