Quality and Safety Manager

The Quality and EHS Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety programs. This role ensures compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement and supporting a proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve QMS and EHS systems, including documentation and certifications. Lead internal audits and audit readiness activities. Develop and deliver EHS training; ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. Investigate incidents and maintain required logs and reports. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Drive system improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2–5 years. IATF 16949 certification. ISO 14001 certification.
