Job Description
The Front Desk Agent for the 2nd Shift plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests during their visit. Working independently and supervised by a manager, this position focuses on managing guest interactions in the evening hours, handling reservations, and addressing customer needs efficiently without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
- Handle reservations and update booking information as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide relevant information or transfer calls appropriately
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding guest needs and operational issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
