Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide general clerical and front-office support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet and admit visitors, guests, and contractors.
- Perform contractor training when applicable.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Previous clerical or administrative experience.
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Professional and courteous when assisting callers and visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
