Substance Use Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Substance Use Support Staff to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals in recovery. In this role, you will assist with daily living, monitor safety, and help implement treatment and recovery plans under the guidance of clinical staff. You’ll document client progress, support groups and individual services, connect clients to community resources, and respond to crises using de-escalation skills.
