Commissioning Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to sit 5 days a week onsite with one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in Rensselaer, NY within the Engineering Department. This individual will begin the first 3 months working to help finish commissioning a fill/finish line helping to close out deviations, retesting prior deviations that require it, drafting protocols for retests, and assisting in hands on troubleshooting with other engineers onsite. After wrapping this initiative they will be moved to a large-scale capital project that will involve redlining design documentation for parts washers in new process areas, working with vendors, helping to document and review vendor specifications in addition to assisting with the commissioning execution of a waste neutralization system for a second process area onsite.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of commissioning engineer experience
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Prior experience with Valgenesis and Veeva
• Prior experience working with Auto-injector fill/finish lines
