Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy services throughout Western Colorado. This position involves assessing patients' functional capabilities, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing practical interventions aimed at helping individuals regain their independence in everyday tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment strategies based on individual needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy to assist patients in daily activities.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
- Recommend adaptive equipment to enhance patient mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proficient documentation abilities to maintain accurate patient records.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care within a community-focused environment.
- Experience in home health settings is preferred.
This role involves providing therapy services in patients' homes, requiring flexibility and adaptability to various environments and situations.
