Description – Responsibilities You Will Embrace

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection processes and adequately prepare samples for testing.
• Document all procedures scrupulously, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain adherence to laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline, along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Continuous maintenance of certification is required throughout employment.
