National TV Sales & Rental is currently looking for Assistant Manager candidates for our Clinton MO location. Our company is committed to having the best products, at the best prices, provided with the best service in the industry.

Pay - $16-$20 an Hour DOE

As an Assistant Manager you will:

- Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm and the ambition to lead by example in a fast paced environment

- Be able to set and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and credit goals

- Consistently looking to recruit and develop team members to serve our customer base and help grow our company

- Oversee all day to day Store operations

- Work and Train with the intention of becoming a Store Manager in 6 months to a year.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

Social Media Management for the store page

Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.

Assist customers on the sales floor and answer product questions.

Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service appointments.

Administrative & File Management

Verify customer files for accuracy and completeness.

Organize and file daily store paperwork.

Merchandise & Showroom Maintenance

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting for customers.

Inspect, clean, and prepare merchandise to ensure it is "rent-ready" before delivery and after return to stock.

Stage and prepare items for transit to the Service Department.

Logistics Support

Assist delivery teams with product loading, pickups, and customer deliveries as needed.

Key Requirements

Experience: Previous customer service, retail, or rent-to-own experience preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, basic math, and computer skills for payment processing and filing.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, move, and position heavy merchandise/appliances, and assist on delivery routes. (Up to 75lbs Unassisted)

Licensing: Valid Missouri driver's license and clean driving record (preferred for helping with deliveries).

Attributes: Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused with a strong work ethic.
