Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented WisDOT Construction Project Leader to oversee the execution of WisDOT construction projects and assist with client management activities. You will play a significant role on Foth’s WisDOT team as a valued leader and contributor to our team’s success. This position will be based out of Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay WI.Primary Responsibilities:Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction teamWork directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviewsAssist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packagesSupport business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth’s relationships with WisDOTMentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standardsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent technical experience5+ years of construction management/administration experience on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects (i.e. transportation, utilities, bridge, etc.)Proven ability to follow WisDOT construction processes as a project leaderHighway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) WisDOT CertificationsPreferred Qualifications:10+ years of construction management experienceLicensed Professional EngineerAll Foth Companies are equal opportunity employers, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
