This role provides administrative and clerical support to managers and other officials by scheduling appointments, handling communications, and managing business details. Performs a variety of administrative tasks requiring organization, multitasking, sound judgment, and strong communication skills. Job Description Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars. Provide information and assistance to callers. Take dictation and prepare correspondence or documents as needed. Provide administrative and business support to managers. Perform general clerical and administrative tasks. Gather, organize, and monitor information. Support day-to-day administrative and business operations. Work under general supervision and report to a supervisor or manager. Plan and prioritize tasks to accomplish established goals. Skills Required 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong planning and time-management skills. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. Strong communication and coordination skills. Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to gather, organize, and monitor information. Results-oriented mindset. Ability to exercise judgment, creativity, and initiative. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the applicable field. Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks Start Time: 08:00 AM Ability to work under general supervision. Ability to plan and accomplish goals independently. Ability to handle a variety of administrative and business support tasks. Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary: $14.59 to $31.62 per hour.
