Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Cardiac Cath/CCL experience. Circulating and monitoring experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Structural heart experience highly preferred. EP experience highly preferred. Scrubbing experience preferred.

Special Requests: Cannot promise blocked scheduling. Unless the unit is closed, required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market if they currently work at or have worked at a UPH facility within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH, not FTE or PRN, the separation policy does not apply.

Unit Details: Precept as needed.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week. On-call 1 night/week and every 3rd weekend: 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units if needed; campuses are minutes within one another.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
