Assign the best candidates for the open positions Be prepared with a pipeline of candidates for typical assignment to fill open positions quickly Develop professional relationships with decision makers and supervisors Use positive, professional disposition to help improve relationships Prepare orientation materials to address details of assignments
Requirements: Two year Associates degree required, preferably in Business Two years experience in Human Resources or Recruiting Excellent organizational and communications skills Well organized and able to handle deadlines Experience in a production based business environment
Benefits: Office hours Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Part time hours with full time income potential
