Nursing Assistant / CNA / NAR - LTC & TCU

Overview The Deerfield is looking for Part‑time Resident Assistants (CNA certified) to support older adults in a faith‑based, community‑focused setting. Salary: $20.95–$24.95+/hr Location: 1127 W Eighth Street, New Richmond, WI 54017 Hours: Part‑time, 22.5 hrs per week: every other Friday; Saturday overnight shift 10:00 pm‑6:00 am; PM shift 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm (includes every other weekend). Responsibilities Perform ADLs as scheduled and support other Resident Assistants. Monitor changes in residents’ conditions. Assist residents with mobility (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.). Provide care with dignity and respect. Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred; experience not required. Must hold a Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for long‑term care; no certification required for assisted living. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS mission and values. Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
