New hires are eligible to apply 30 days after their effective date of hire.SummaryThe Contracts Specialist Level 1 is responsible for supporting procurements relating to the MTA’s capital program, supporting the award of $2-3 billion in new construction contracts each year, and supporting the management of claims and changes on contracts valued at approximately $5 billion.
