ICC Special Inspector

Job Summary We are currently looking for Special Inspectors at our Meridian Office. The role involves a variety of testing, observations, and site assessment duties, operating equipment, conducting tests, and reporting data based on drawings, specifications, and instructions. Responsibilities Communicate with Supervisor and Dispatch to receive daily work assignments. Prepare daily data reports of testing and inspections. Perform all assigned tests and inspections competently. Submit company documentation related to projects. Submit own timesheet daily for approval. Obtain and ensure field authorizations are signed by the client when required or when scope exceeds the original scope. Inform Supervisor/Project Manager of scope changes or potential budget overruns. Maintain positive business relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Qualifications ICC (ICBO) certification in one or more of the following: Reinforced Concrete , Structural Masonry , Prestressed Concrete, Fireproofing, Residential Building, Commercial Building, Structural Steel & Bolting. WAQTC certification if applicable. ACI Field certification. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to work under adverse weather or site conditions. May be required to work in confined spaces and at heights above average. Good vision and manual dexterity. Benefits and Compensation Pay range: $22 - $35 per hour.
