Project Manager

We are working with a Construction firm that is looking for a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact role within a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex civil and site work projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities Manage all phases of civil construction projects including site work, underground utilities, grading, paving, drainage, and infrastructure improvements Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, municipalities, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle Supervise and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field crews; foster a collaborative, accountable team environment Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and client representatives; communicate proactively on status, schedule, and issues Prepare and submit owner pay applications; review and approve subcontractor payment requisitions Manage change order preparation, negotiation, and execution #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
