Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Telehealth

Community Care of West Virginia seeks a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care for individuals and families with mental health and substance use needs. The LICSW will conduct diagnostic assessments per DSM guidelines, offer education and self-management support, supervise a care team, and ensure documentation and billing meet standards.
