Board Certified Behavior Analyst & Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Locations: Westland, Detroit, and Chesterfield Michigan

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday) schedule

Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Lead BCBAs to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism while collaborating with families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary team members to improve client outcomes.

Our centers are committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized treatment in a collaborative, supportive, and ethical environment.

Key Responsibilities - BCBA

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavior analyses.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers.
  • Ensure ethical, trauma-informed, and assent-based clinical practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and treatment planning.

Additional Responsibilities - Lead BCBA

In addition to all BCBA responsibilities, the Lead BCBA will:

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure quality of ABA services.
  • Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinicians.
  • Assist with scheduling and clinical operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and BACB guidelines.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Help maintain consistency in clinical programming across assigned locations.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Active Michigan LBA license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience supervising clinical staff.
  • Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
