Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, encompassing physical examinations and thorough reviews of medical histories
• Assist in identifying and diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory results

• Provide active intraoperative assistance, including preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and passing surgical instruments during procedures

Education and Credentials

• Master's degree obtained from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• A surgical emphasis in clinical rotations is strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certification needed
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
