As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Summary: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy Assist guests with recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction Join our team and embark on a rewarding career in hospitality, where you can make a difference in our guests' stay.
