Specialty Representative - Baylor University - United States Field Worker

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative to serve as primary customer contact for demand creation and sales execution in an assigned territory. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, delivering clinical knowledge, executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets while managing customer accounts and reimbursement issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies and deliver branded sales messages to customers
- Schedule and conduct medical educational programs for healthcare providers
- Achieve or exceed assigned territory sales targets
- Manage customer accounts, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts
- Develop territory plans with District Manager and provide feedback on marketing effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales/healthcare experience
- High school diploma/GED with 6+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience
- Current, comprehensive clinical knowledge of pharmaceutical products
- Sales planning and territory management capabilities
- Ability to communicate clinical and economic benefits effectively
Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual salary
