Program Manager of Chapel Scholars

Job title: Program Manager of Chapel Scholars University: St. Augustine’s University Support growth and program development of the Chapel Scholars Leadership Development program. Supervise and assist Chapel Scholars in the development and implementation of campus wide spiritual enrichment programs and activities. Support the planning and coordination weekly worship services in Saint Augustine’s Chapel Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Prepare paperwork and order materials for worship and special services. Assist with grant writing and reporting. Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda for Chapel space use on campus and in the wider community. Help to schedule campus events as well as weddings, funerals and other pastoral offices. Partner with the Marketing & Communications department to manage Chapel communications through media relations, social media, website, SAU app, etc. Work with the Office of Development to recruit, build, and maintain an Episcopal Church donor base. Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations Livestream, Zoom retreats, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
