Cardiac Acute Registered Nurse / RN Full-Time Night Shift

This full-time night shift position is perfect for Registered Nurses who want to grow in a challenging yet rewarding specialty while being supported by a strong, collaborative care team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- BLS certification required at time of hire
- ACLS and Critical Care Course completion required within 12 months
- Dysrhythmia course required within 6 months
- National certification in specialty area preferred
- 8 hours of stroke education required annually
- Must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire (if not already completed) with degree completion required within 3 years
What You Will Do:
- Deliver direct patient care to individuals with acute and complex cardiac needs
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, perform assessments, and provide life-saving interventions
- Work alongside providers to implement treatment plans and support recovery
- Educate patients and families about cardiac health, procedures, and discharge planning
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation using electronic medical records
- Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence
