Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Welder in Fenton, MO!
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Range $25.00 - $30.00 an hour based on Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on a variety of metal components.
  
• Fabricate and weld metal-frame boxes and other assemblies according to specifications.
  
• Perform welding work on components used in marine water and sewage systems for cruise ships.
  
• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and fabrication specifications.
  
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy.
  
• Prepare materials and surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and fitting components.
  
• Safely operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment.
  
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
  
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  
• Work with production team members to meet quality and production expectations.
  

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding is required.
  
• Ability to produce strong, consistent, and quality welds.
  
• Knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and fabrication processes.
  
• Ability to use grinders, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  
• Dependable attendance and a strong work history are important.
