Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING: Forklift Operator – 1st Shift | $18/hour + Weekly Attendance Bonus Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Custom Filters Direct is growing and looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 1st Shift team in Bloomsburg, PA. This position is ideal for someone with previous forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in keeping materials moving efficiently between warehouse, production, and shipping areas. Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $18.00/hour 90-Day Pay Increase: $19.00/hour following a successful performance and attendance evaluation $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus for completing the full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences, tardiness, or missed time Weekly Pay Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and incoming/outgoing materials Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations Stage materials for production, warehouse, and shipping needs Maintain safe and organized material storage areas Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement Support general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and other team members to keep operations running efficiently What We're Looking For Experience operating a sit-down forklift required* Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred Ability to safely load, unload, stack, stage, and transport materials Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Willingness to work overtime when required Forklift certification preferred; qualified candidates must be willing to complete company-required training/certification Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of a physically active warehouse position, including: Frequently getting on and off forklift equipment throughout the shift Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse and production areas Handling and moving materials as required Working around active manufacturing and warehouse equipment Performing duties safely for the duration of the scheduled shift Benefits Eligible employees receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid time off and paid holidays after 90 days Weekly pay Weekly attendance bonus opportunity Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Grow With Custom Filters Direct Custom Filters Direct is a rapidly growing manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC air filters.
