Payments & Fraud Risk Operations Lead
Base
Base is America’s next-generation power company building a distributed battery network to modernize the grid. As part of the Member Experience team, you’ll own the billing and payments lifecycle, leading strategy, ops, systems, and day-to-day execution to balance member experience with profitability. You’ll implement processes for collections, chargebacks, and fraud prevention, develop dashboards, and work cross-functionally with finance, engineering, and compliance to drive measurable #J-18808-Ljbffr Base
