- Participates in implementation work streams, including campaign management operations as well as supporting processes. Works with Technical and Business Analysts to assist in identifying root causes of identified issues.
- Support end-to-end campaign process, from understanding marketing strategy, translating to technical specifications, coding and auditing the list generation, and provide reporting/analytical support to meet needs of the business.
- Works on other special projects as assigned. Support 3rd party data vendors and own evaluation process to determine go/no go decisions to pursue ongoing relationships. Support multiple database projects with goal of enhancing business rules to improve quality of leads.
- Familiarity with UNICA, SQL, Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Alteryx. Must have good communication and problem solving skills. Level III -5-10 Years work experience
