Now Hiring: Production Welders Starting Pay Rates on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results:
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment
Inspect welds for quality and precision
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace What We're Looking For: Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required)
Ability to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

- Production Welder A: $26.50
- Production Welder B: $24.50
- Production Welder C: $20.75
