As a Clinical Educator, you will not only be the face of orientation and training for your facility and team, but you will also use your experience and expertise to develop each individual's skills and abilities throughout their time in the Sterile Processing Department.What You Will DoDesign and implement training plans based on the priorities of your facility and staff membersLead multi-week training programs for all new Sterile Processing employees at your facilityDocument and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulationsIdentify employee knowledge gaps at your assigned facility and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the Sterile Processing teamBuild continuing education programs with a focus on new products and proceduresWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulHigh school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years' experience in Sterile Processing3+ years' experience in trainingSterile processing certification requiredWhat We're Offering You in ReturnEmployees are what makes a company great, so we believe it's important to take care of them just like we take care of our Customers and their patients. This position is eligible for bonus participation.Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
