This role will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, EPC, and other technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy and deliver a strong candidate experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a recruiting process from start to finish, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptancePartner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategiesSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreachConduct candidate screens and assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and overall fitCoordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the hiring processProvide hiring managers with pipeline updates and recruiting market feedbackMaintain ATS records and candidate documentationSupport offer creation, offer delivery, and onboarding coordinationBuild talent pipelines for future hiring needsServe as a trusted resource for candidates and hiring managersPositions You'll RecruitPrimary focus will be technical and industrial positions including:Electrical EngineersControls EngineersApplication EngineersProposal EngineersEPC-related positionsManufacturing and industrial professionalsOther business-critical technical rolesWhat We're Looking ForPreferred Experience2-3+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience, OR4-5+ years of corporate recruiting experienceExperience managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong sourcing and recruiting fundamentalsExperience partnering directly with hiring managersATS experienceStrong Microsoft Office skillsIdeal CandidateThe successful candidate is:Relationship-drivenConsultative rather than transactionalComfortable picking up the phoneAble to build credibility with technical hiring managersCurious and willing to learn technical subject matterOrganized and process-orientedSelf-sufficient and proactiveComfortable managing competing prioritiesCurrent Hiring ActivityApproximately 5 active requisitions todayExpected to fill 6-7 positions through year-endBuilding succession pipelines for future retirements and growth initiativesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sugar Land, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
