Job Summary:
The Cambridge, Massachusetts location is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) RN to fill a rotating shift position. This role involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment with a schedule of 4 days of 10-hour shifts per week, including on-call responsibilities after hours and during weekends. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating 4x10s; shift times are typically 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, with potential shifts from 9:00 AM 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM 9:30 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license; must show all licenses (past or present). Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Flu vaccination required during flu season. Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in the specialty; documenting travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be considered. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably EPIC.
• Responsibilities include on-call duties every 5-6 evenings through 7:00 AM the following day, and every 6th or 7th weekend. Flexible and fluid scheduling are expected. Must work every other major holiday.
• Submission Requirements: Up-to-date resume, two recent manager or supervisor references in matching specialty, drivers license with matching address, and RTO details at time of submission.
• Additional Information: Must be able to work every other major holiday.
