Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.BenefitsComplete health insurance coverage and 401(k) with 6% employer match that starts day one!Multiple bonus programs.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Employee PerksOn-site café and first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers.Over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails.About UlineUline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations.Uline is a drug-free workplace.
