Who We’re Looking For A high-energy leader who loves people and fast-paced environments Someone who thrives on teamwork, positivity, and making a difference A coffee enthusiast with a passion for service and speed An organized go-getter who can multitask like a pro What You’ll Be Doing Leading the day-to-day operations of your store - managing schedules, inventory, and team performance Hiring, training and coaching your team of baristas to be the friendliest, fastest crew in town Creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where both customers and team members feel valued Owning the cusomer experience and ensuring every drink, smile, and interaction is top-notch Driving store sales and hitting performance goals through smart decisions and an eye for opportunity Keeping the store clean, organized, and up to brand standards Jumping in wherever needed - whether it's whipping up lattes or solving a scheduling puzzle on the fly Why You’ll Love it Here Competitive base salary - based on experience Quarterly perfomance bonus - hard work pays off! Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Flexible availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 1+ year of leadership experience in a fast paced environment Since 1998, Scooter’s Coffee has been on a mission to serve up an amazing experience, one cup and one smile at a time.
