Location: Beverly, MA
Pay: $22.00/hour + shift differentials
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+10%)
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+15%)
Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support manufacturing assembly, electrical wiring, and mechanical subassembly for semiconductor equipment. This role focuses on building high-quality assemblies while following strict quality standards, cleanroom protocols, and lean manufacturing practices .
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical components including cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Use hand tools, torque drivers, and multimeters to build and inspect assemblies
- Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wire harness assembly
- Follow ESD and cleanroom procedures to ensure product integrity
- Complete production documentation and ERP data entry (Opcenter or similar systems)
- Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or quality issues
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety and quality compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and use basic inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
