Homemaker PositionFairway View Senior Neighborhoods seeks Homemakers to assist in performing combined duties of dining services and housekeeping within the neighborhoods. Will receive on the job training and no certification required.What you can expect being a Homemaker:Perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and neatness of household surroundingsMeets all resident and household needs by actively assisting in all tasks to meet identified needs.Maintains equipment and cooking area to ensure safety and sanitation requirements are met; keeps a clean, tidy and organized kitchen in compliance with all regulations; cleans when necessary; reports repair and maintenance needs appropriatelyAssist with serving resident meals, snacks and nourishments.Assist residents with their clothing including washing, sorting, and foldingCoordinates work with the household caregivers to ensure the housekeeping needs of the household are metContinually seeks opportunities to share personal interests and talents with members of the household through both planned and spontaneous activitiesHours and Pay:Evening Shift (11:00am-7:30pm), 56 hours per 2 week pay period$1.50 per hour shift differentialAlternating weekends, with 1 holiday rotation per yearFull Healthcare package (medical, dental, vision, HSA with employer match)Paid Time OffRetirement with employer matchEducation assistance and Loan forgiveness programAbility to pick up additional shifts if desired!
